“Ever since graduating college, weight gain was a yo-yo for me.  <\/span>Everything was going great and then all of a sudden the weight would start going up. My <\/span>energy level was going down. It\u2019s a constant, constant battle. <\/span>After I had my son; lost all the weight, regained it back. “When you do certain weight loss programs or diets, tends to be that what you’re losing is <\/span>maybe your water weight, or you’re on some kind of extreme program where you end up\u00a0<\/span>losing muscle and you think you’re losing weight. But the truth is that what I lost was pure\u00a0<\/span>fat. After finishing Fast Fit,<\/span> I lost 18.7 pounds of pure fat.<\/b><\/span> You could see that there was\u00a0<\/span>eight inches around my belly button, gone.<\/b><\/span> And it’s just continued. This is my two year\u00a0<\/span>anniversary of finishing Fast Fit.\u00a0 I’ve been able to maintain and\u00a0<\/span>continue that loss.
