Shipping Details
- Shipping Area: We ship Canada Wide! We are unfortunately unable to accommodate international orders at this time.
- Carrier: All non-ammunition orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Ammunition orders are shipped via Purolator. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier at our discretion to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on your orders over $300 (pre-tax).
Some Exclusions apply:- Ammunition
- Rechargeable lithium batteries & aerosols
- Remote destinations and Northern Territories
- Heavy weight and oversized items
- Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $300 will be charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Insurance
- Insurance is included for up to $100 per shipment.
- Optional coverage is available for $2.83 per additional $100 of declared value.
Shipping Restrictions
- Firearms and Ammunition:
- Products such as firearms, magazines and ammunition, cannot be shipped to a UPS Store, Access Point, or third-party residence.
- Firearms must be shipped to an address that matches the one on file for your PAL with the CFO.
- If the shipping address on your order differs from the CFO mailing or storage address your order may experience delays as we will need to verify the address on file with the RCMP before proceeding with your order.
- Dangerous Goods:
- Products such as Ammunition, Aerosols, or those containing rechargeable lithium batteries must be shipped by ground carrier to a physical address and not PO BOX.
- Orders of these products are subject to the Service Area, and Terms and Conditions of the carrier shipping the goods. Some restrictions may apply for some Northern, and remote geographic regions. Please Contact Us for more any questions
- Heavy/ Oversized Items
- Items that exceed our carrier’s maximum size or weight allowance may be subject to additional fees, or recalculation of the shipping quote.
Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: Shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding special sales events/ Holidays).
- Backordered Items: Shipped upon arrival with priority processing.
- Restricted Firearms: Will ship as soon as transfers are complete. We submit transfer requests the same day for orders received before 5 PM.
