- Sales and Clearance Items
- Clothing
- Food
- Masks & Filters
- Pre-Owned & Consignment Firearms
- Price-Matched or Discounted Items
- Items Marked Final Sale
- Items Purchased Using Sezzle (or similar services)
- Shipping, Insurance, Administrative, or Service Fees
Eligible Returns
For all other items, we offer a 15-day return policy under these conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, documents, and parts must be included and undamaged.
- Return must be completed within 15 days of original sale.
How to Return an Item
You have two options to return your item within the 15-day window:
- In-Store Returns – Bring your item to our shop, and we’ll process your refund or exchange on the spot, no questions asked.
- Mail-In Returns – Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization. We will be happy to issue a refund or exchange pending a receiving inspection once your return arrives at our facility.
- Please Contact Us and Obtain Authorization prior to shipping.
- The item must be shipped within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please note any Shipping or Insurance fees paid are non-refundable.
Non-Qualifying Returns
If an item does not meet our return policy conditions, or is sent back prior to receiving a Return Authorization we reserve the right to refuse the shipment, or apply a restocking fee at our discretion.
